Kentucky's Largest Country Ham Biscuit 🐷

It wouldn’t be Ham Fest without a really BIG ham biscuit!

Measuring more than 10 feet wide, Kentucky’s Largest Country Ham Biscuit is one of the festival’s most beloved traditions. The community comes together early Saturday morning to bake this massive biscuit, fill it with country ham, and prepare it for festival-goers to enjoy.

The current oversized oven used to bake the biscuit was built especially for the festival in 1985 by Smith Broadbent III of Broadbent Hams, helping keep this one-of-a-kind Ham Fest tradition going for generations.

Come watch it all come together, then stick around for the best part: getting a taste!
